I love Wisconsin!

Welcome to Amy's "I love Wisconsin, America's Dairyland!" site.

Time for an update?  See updates.

I live in Western Wisconsin right near the Twin Cities (an area I affectionately call Minnesconsin).  I am a single 27-year-old football fanatic.  I love Wisconsin!  We had the best Governor in the nation (sorry, Jesse) who has now gone off to Washington.  He will be missed.  Our football team kicks ass!  God's favorite team is the Packers.  Go Pack!!!!!  Favre for President!  Everything about Wisconsin kicks butt.

For example:

The highest ratio of bars per capita in the nation.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel & Green Bay Press Gazette

. . . and the St. Paul Pioneer Press (no, Jesse, not the Pioneer Porn!) [OK, not from Wisconsin, but hey]

More Minnesota stuff (my apologies) - the KQRS Morning Show.

folks have stopped by this page since March 2001.

The Green Bay Packers

All Favre all the time!!!  Brett Favre, the greatest quarterback EVER! (and he's quite the looker too).

Check out the Hottie list (top football hotties).

Football is my life.  My favorite teams are (in order):

1. Green Bay Packers

2. Kansas City Chiefs (a.k.a. River Falls Chiefs)

3. New England Patriots

4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

5. Arizona Cardinals

6. Cleveland Browns

7. San Diego Chargers (I'm so psyched for Flutie!!!)

I'm not allowed to put the Minnesota Vikings on here, but I do have to mention that I am not nearly as offended by them as usual this year as I find Daunte Culpepper to be quite spicy, Mitch Berger is a kick-ass punter (really wish he'd have gone to the Chiefs when he had the chance), and I think they have a new PR guy this year.

Favorite College Teams:

1. Wisconsin Badgers

2. Oklahoma Sooners

3. BC Eagles

4. FSU

5. UWRF :)

The PAC 10 still sucks.

Check out my interests page for more of what I love (not all Wisconsin-related).  Also new this time out is the About Me page.

I've been chasing around football teams.  Went to Cleveland and checked out Browns Stadium, went to River Falls and met some of the Kansas City Chiefs at training camp, and I went to Green Bay to do the pilgrimage.  I went to the Packer Hall of Fame, Lambeau Field, "the Packers Experience" (it was silly), and Packers Training Camp.  Green Bay is way cool.

I'm back at school.  It's going pretty well - I'm half-way through the semester which is good.  I'm almost done with this never-ending education saga.

More details to come as they become pertinent.
